"It gives me distinct pleasure to recommend this weighted blanket to any and everyone. I have struggled with sleeping for all my life, and tried the entire gamut of things one can do, ranging from sleeping pills like lunesta, and supplements like melatonin, to tinted glasses and not exposing myself to blue light past sundown. Things work for a week to a month, and then stop working, and I am back to my usual routine of tossing and turning until early morning, and going to work on 4-5 hours of sleep.
The Heavyhide weighted blanket has been a complete game changer for me, and I am just sad that something like this was not around in my teens, or my 20s. I write this after nearly six months of use, and I have not had a single day when I did not fall asleep within 15 minutes or so of being in bed.
